Evidence-based
Specialized support for what you're carrying
Therapy that meets a specific concern, in plain language, with practical tools you can use between sessions.
Evidence-based, explained in plain language
I use evidence-based approaches in plain, practical terms, so you always know what we're doing and why.
- CBTCognitive Behavioural Therapy
- We spot the thought patterns fueling anxiety and practice reshaping them.
- DBTDialectical Behaviour Therapy
- Skills to manage the intense duality of emotions without feeling overwhelmed.
- ACTAcceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Making room for hard feelings while moving toward what matters to you.
- Trauma-informed careTrauma-informed care
- A paced approach that puts safety and emotional regulation first, so we never move faster than feels okay.
- Strengths-based & client-centredStrengths-based & client-centred practice
- We build on what is already working in your life, and the work stays guided by your goals and pace.

Who I help
I work with individual adults (16+), from young adults to seniors, across Ottawa and Ontario. Many are professionals and newcomers balancing work, family, and stress while managing anxiety, burnout, trauma, or major life changes.
- You're ready to build practical skills and try strategies between sessions
- You want structured, goal-focused work alongside space to be heard
- You're looking for evidence-based support that fits your real life
I'm not the right fit for active psychosis, primary substance-use treatment, custody assessments, or emergency/crisis care. If that's what you need, I'll help point you toward more appropriate support.
What working together looks like
A clear path from first contact to ongoing care, so you always know what comes next.

Change rarely happens all at once. We move at a pace that feels possible.

Healthcare-grounded, practical, and genuinely warm
Therapy works best when you feel both supported and guided. My goal is to offer a calm, practical space where we can understand what is happening, build useful coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.
I believe meaningful change begins with small, intentional steps. Even when things feel overwhelming, there is value in starting where you are today, as today is often the most accessible point for change.
